Earth Hour picnic

Celebrate Earth Hour by bringing your own picnic to Tomato Lake. Hear from Lindsay Miles on actions you can take to minimise climate change impacts, followed by acoustic guitar while you enjoy your picnic.

Millions of people in over 180 countries take part in Earth Hour by switching off their lights from 8.30pm to 9.30pm (local time) as a symbolic gesture to show that our planet needs stronger action on climate change.

Bring: Your own picnic food & picnic rug. To support Earth Hour a low waste picnic is recommended; avoid packaging/ single use disposables, bring your own drink bottle and select locally produced and seasonal food and a plant-based menu.
